On Friday, February 7th, at 12:30 am, Kingman Police arrested Steven Michael Monroe, 33 of Florida, on a felony warrant out of Colorado for assorted felony charges to include Identity Theft, Possession of Controlled Substance, Vehicle Theft and assorted Forgery offenses.
