On Monday, April 29th, at 12:45 pm, Kingman Police arrested Amber Elizabeth Fortner, 33 0f Kingman, on a felony charge of Organized Retail Theft; two misdemeanor warrants for Failure to Pay Fine and Contempt of Court; and a criminal warrant for Theft.
