On Wednesday, February 26th, at 5:00 pm, Kingman Police arrested Bryon Dudley Mitchell, 39 of Kingman, on felony charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, possession of Dangerous Drugs and a misdemeanor warrant for Contempt of Court.
